PhotoFlair^® 2.2.2 for Windows^® and for Mac

PhotoFlair^® is a revolutionary new digital image or photo enhancement software featuring NASA’s and TruView Imaging Co.’s patented Retinex image enhancement algorithm. Retinex automatic image enhancement is particularly good at correcting underexposed dark areas of an image without affecting correctly exposed areas. It also restores rich colors in an image. PhotoFlair^® also includes many commonly used photo editing and digital image editing tools.

Problem

When Installing PhotoFlair^® I get Missing file : INSTMSIA.EXE

The version of Microsoft's Installer (MSI) agent on your PC is out of
date. Please use one of the links below to download and install the MSI
version that is appropriate for your PC. You should have no problem
installing PhotoFlair after installing the new MSI.

Solution

To download the Windows Installer file from the Web, visit one of the
following Microsoft Web sites:

Instmsia.exe for Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition:
